Provides a general substance abuse health evaluation to determine what services may be needed.

Group homes provide evening, morning, and overnight staff for those requiring intensive medical or other specialized support. Group homes are located in Box Elder, Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, Utah, Iron and Washington Counties. Supervised living in apartments or small homes can provide up to 24-hour supervision and support. Supported Community Living provides hourly support in client's own home. Offered in Provo, St George, Cedar City. Richfield does not have group homes but they do offer supported living.

Presentations are made to local community groups and schools in the Alpine, Provo and Nebo districts. No cost, district-approved information is presented to preschool through high school students. Topics for younger children include personal safety and sexual abuse prevention. Topics for older students or community groups include dynamics of abuse, dating violence, stress management, depression & suicide prevention and positive child guidance.

Couples and family counseling is offered as a stand-alone service, or as part of a treatment plan with other services.

Provides mental health evaluation and treatment including assessments, counseling, and psychiatry.

Provides parenting classes for the community.

Helps individuals with disabilities learn job skills while working on real contracts. An individual program plan is developed for each client to determine which services will be provided. Workers are paid for each contract completed.
