The housing navigation program is designed to help clients staying at the center find safe, affordable homes in the community. Housing navigators help clients gather a housing history, understand what type of housing is appropriate for the client's situation, identify and mitigate housing barriers, navigate an array of rental assistance and affordable housing programs, assist with household eligibility, rental applications, and landlord interviews. and by providing home needs, including beds, kitchen items, and food supply.
