Provides mental health evaluations and assessments.

Assessments conducted by a therapist to determine the need for mental health services based on the existence, nature, and extent of the mental illness. May include diagnosing and treatment planning.

Provides a comprehensive array of mental health services, education and counseling for children and their parents to effect positive behavioral change.

PASRR Level II

Provides a comprehensive array of mental health services, delivered according to best practice guidelines and with respect to appropriate medical necessity. Generally, services and individual psychotherapy are acquired by referral from the particular client's therapist (including medication management services).

When determined as necessary as part of a rehabilitative treatment plan, services are provided in an outpatient, day treatment program, residential program, or other appropriate setting. These services assist individuals in developing competence in basic living skills such as meal planning, shopping, food preparation, money management, mobility, grooming, personal hygiene, and maintenance of a living environment.

Emergency Services to individuals in the tri-county area experiencing immediate, debilitating, or life-threatening complications as a result of serious mental illness.

Provides a comprehensive array of youth and adolescent mental health services, including assessments, behavior management (individual/group), crisis management, medication management, peer support, psychological testing, psychosocial rehabilitation, psychotherapy (individual, group, family), residential services, respite care, and skills development (individual/group).

Provides substance abuse assessment and treatment. Classes and outpatient treatment available. Walk ins are served on a first come, first served basis.

Serves clients through wrap-around clinical teams, case management outreach to clients, coping skills groups, skill-building and activity groups. It offers a safe environment for clients to make friends and be a part of a community.

Provides case plans for the evaluation, treatment and/or care of individuals who have mental, emotional or social problems and need assistance in arranging for services.

Prescribes, monitors, and evaluates psychiatric medications and provides appropriate information regarding the medications. All services are offered in the context of a comprehensive treatment plan. Medication management may be offered to individuals who are actively involved in their treatment planning with a therapist, and when it is a medical necessity.
