Provides transportation for program participants to and from their work, recreational activities, and supported living related activities.

Provides temporary relief for from the daily routine of caring for a family member with a disability.

Helps obtain and maintain employment in integrated work settings on a full or part time basis. Participants are supported in positions that are consistent with their strengths, resources, capabilities, and interests. Works with Vocational Rehabilitation.

Provides assistance and training for participants who live with their families, in their own home, or in an apartment. Training activities can include meal preparation, routine household care, and other activities of daily living. Provided in a center based setting and in the community.
