Provides English as a Second Language (ELS) classes to refugees and immigrants. ESL classes increase English proficiency, helping clients be more active and integrated community members. Classes are kept small to enhance student/teacher interaction. There are 5 levels of courses from pre-literate to high intermediate are offered. Course 4 & 5 are evenings from 6 pm - 9 pm M- F.

Individualized support for people to live in apartments and group homes ranging in size from one to eight residents. These programs focus on developing essential life skills, including cooking, grooming, personal finances, shopping, home maintenance, and community involvement through sports and recreation, transportation training, cultural events, and continuing education. Provides a fully licensed sober living program to adults as well as parents with young children. Amenities include case management, therapy services, and medical treatment. All sober living apartments are fully furnished.
