Group homes are located in Box Elder, Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, Utah, Iron, and Washington Counties. Supervised living in apartments or small homes can provide up to 24-hour supervision and support. Supported Community Living provides hourly support in client's own home. Offered in Provo, St George, Cedar City. Richfield does not have group homes but they do offer supported living.
