Provides in-home support to adults with disabilities, providing assistance with budgeting, grocery shopping, housekeeping, medical support, cooking, and personal care.

Foster care for children with disabilities is provided through the Professional Parent Program. Care can be provided at a variety of levels and caregivers are fully licensed.

For children with autism spectrum disorders and social communication difficulties who would benefit from learning and practicing social skills and interpersonal interaction with peers. Children are grouped by social, developmental, and language interaction abilities. Within these groups, the goals are to promote genuine and positive peer experiences, create a sense of belonging and friendship, and develop skills to promote these interactions.

Works with each family to develop a service package based on specific needs. Service packages may include after school programs, behavioral consultation and supports, host homes, nursing, foster parenting, and summer programs.

Center offers a lending library with books, videos, and cassette tapes on a variety of topics relating to family dynamics. Also offers a Speaker's Bureau to any community organization in the county seeking knowledge about the center and/or other pertinent family issues.

A 7-week parenting skills course offered once a year. This program uses a family-centered trauma-informed approach.

Group homes provide evening, morning, and overnight staff for those requiring intensive medical or other specialized support. Group homes are located in Box Elder, Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, Utah, Iron and Washington Counties. Supervised living in apartments or small homes can provide up to 24-hour supervision and support. Supported Community Living provides hourly support in client's own home. Offered in Provo, St George, Cedar City. Richfield does not have group homes but they do offer supported living. Funding dependent.

Telephone or in-person assistance to help, grandparents or other relatives-as-parents, discuss issues related to family dynamics, navigate the legal system, or find community resources.

Hands-on coaching by highly trained in-home educators. Parents have weekly meetings, over the course of four months to prevent and alleviate the risks of child abuse and neglect, strengthen the family unit, and increase life skills. New parenting skills are taught, discussed, and home practice exercises are assigned.

Summer day program is intended to facilitate independence and promote community inclusion and contribution. This program is designed to continue the development and maintenance of skills necessary to reside successfully in the home and community settings.
