Upon acceptance, each family is assigned a case manager, set goals, and enrolled in budgeting and life skills classes. Upon successful completion of the emergency shelter program, families have the opportunity to enroll in the transitional housing program. Pets are not allowed.

Upon completing phase I, families have the chance to advance to more independent living environments.
